Every product in the D'Mer catalog begins in our dedicated laboratory. This allows us to produce standardized, high-quality spa wear, including gowns, panties, and bedsheets—that are engineered for the specific dimensions of professional salon equipment while maintaining a soft, fabric-like feel for the guest.
5. Final Quality Audit & Dispatch Logistics
Before a batch is cleared for shipping, it must pass a multi-stage quality audit. This involves random sampling to verify scent profiles, pH levels, and fabric durability. Once cleared, products are securely sealed with leak-proof technology and moved to our central warehouse.
